Inspect your suit on arrival and keep it unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Stitched suits may be eligible for a size adjustment exchange when the request is made within the stated window. Unstitched suits are cut from fabric, so exchanges are assessed on whether the fabric remains uncut and unused. To request an exchange or resolution, contact our team with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We review each request and confirm the next steps in writing. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.

Damaged or incorrect items are handled as a priority. Send us clear photographs within the reporting window so we can arrange a fair resolution, whether that is a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
